AGR Property Management & Bookkeeping offers a full range of Notary Public Services. We can handle your notarization in person or remotely through the Notarize application. For reference, we have included the common Notarial Actions and our fees for each in the lists below.

Common Notarial Acts authorized by the State of Indiana

• Acknowledgement: Notary certifies a signer who acknowledged the signature on the document is theirs.

• Verification upon Oath/Affirmation: Signer appears before the Notary , signs the documents and takes an Oath/swear an Affirmation that the content of the document is true.

• Administration of an Oath or Affirmation: Notary administers an Oath/Affirmation to an individual.

• Witnessing a Signature: Signer appears before the Notary and signs a document in the Notary's presence.

• Copy Certification: Notary certifies that copies are an authentic and true copies of the original document.

In Person Fee Schedule

Acknowledgement: $10 per signature

Verifications upon Oath or Affirmations: $10 per signature, including oath or affirmation

Administration of Oath or Affirmation: $10 per individual taking oath or affirmation, without signature

Signature Witnessing: $10 per signature

Certified Copies: $10 per certificate

Traveling Fee

A additional fee of 65.5 cents per mile may be charged by the Notary to travel to perform a notarial act.

Remote Notarization Fees

$25 fee for each notarial act as outlined above.

$8 fee for each additional notarial seal (beyond the first) in the same Remote Notarization session.

The fees for each Notarial Act are charged within the maximum range as specified in Indiana Code Section 22. IC 33-42-14-1
